Full tuition scholarship, a built-in support group, continuous professional development, and career resources are just some of the benefits of being a Posse Scholar. The highly selective and successful college access program very much mirrors the Urban Alliance program model. Urban Alliance is incredibly proud and excited for four of our Interns who have been selected as Posse Scholars for this academic year. We know these Interns are mastering the art of time management while balancing their school work, Posse requirements, and working at their respective Urban Alliance jobsites.
