Pathways to Opportunity
With over 20 years of experience, Urban Alliance has proven that early employment, coupled with positive adult mentoring, professional development and workforce readiness training, competitive hourly pay, and ongoing guidance and support, can change a young person’s trajectory.

Investment for Growth

Urban Alliance was awarded a five-year grant to further evaluate our programs; expand work in our four current regions and expand our proven model to a fifth jurisdiction, currently being planned. Urban Alliance was selected out of a pool of more than 400 applicants.
Urban Alliance is committed to ensuring the highest return on investment for our partners and the youth in our programs.
